Q. My Nutribullet Ultra 1000/1200 is not turning on. Why?

• A. It is not assembled correctly. The cup is not secured to the base properly. Ensure you turn the cup clockwise until you hear an audible click onto the motor base.

  B. Your blender has overheated. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes and plug back in.

Q. Will my new Rapid Extractor Blade work with my old Nutribullet cups?

• A. No. They are not compatible.
