Q. My Nutribullet Pro 1000/1200 is not turning on. Why?

• A. It is not assembled correctly. Either the pitcher or the cup is not secured to the base properly. Ensure you turn the pitcher or cup clockwise until you hear an audible click onto the motor base.

  A. Your blender has overheated. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes and plug back in.

Q. Will my new Easy-Twist extractor blade work with my old Nutribullet cups?

• A. No. They are not compatible.

Q. Can I make hot soup in my Nutribullet Cups?

• A. No. NEVER use the Nutribullet Cups to make hot soups or beverages. 

Q. Can I mix carbonated liquids in my Nutribullet Cups?

• A. No, NEVER use the Nutribullet Cups to mix carbonated liquids.

Q. What does ''EXTRACT'' mean?

• A. Extract is the process of extracting maximum nutrition from fresh fruits and vegetables in your NutriBullet. The ‘Extract’ Program on your Select Control Panel is specifically designed break down fruits and vegetables into a nutrient rich smoothie. It is a timed program and knows whether you are using a pitcher or a cup!

Q. What are the pitcher and cups made of?

• A. The Nutribullet pitcher and cups are made from super durable, BPA-Free Tritan Material.

Q. Do I need to replace seal in this blade?

• A. The new Easy-Twist Blade was designed so that the seal gasket is not removable and will not need replacement.

Q. Am I able to use my old Nutribullet cups and Blades on the Pro 1000/1200?

• A. The No. These are not compatible.
