Q. My Nutribullet Blender Combo is not turning on. Why?

• A. It is not assembled correctly. Either the pitcher or the cup is not secured to the base properly. 
• A. Your blender has overheated. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes and plug back in.
  

Q. Will my new easy twist extractor blade work with my old Nutribullet cups?

• A. No. They are not compatible with each other. 

Q. Can I make hot soup in my Nutribullet cups?

• A. No, NEVER use the Nutribullet Cups to blend hot soups.

Q. Can I mix carbonated liquids in my Nutribullet Cups?

• A. No. NEVER use the Nutribullet Cups to mix carbonated liquids.

Q. Can I blend in my pitcher without using the lid?

• A. No. NEVER operate a Nutribullet Blender Combo without the lid of the Pitcher.
• A. While you cannot blend without the lid, you may remove the clear lid cap on the pitcher lid while blending on LOW setting and add ingredients while blending. Never do this when blending hot foods, as steam released could cause injury.
  

Q. What does EXTRACT mean?

• A. Extract is the process of extracting maximum nutrition from fresh fruits and vegetables in your Nutribullet. The 'EXTRACT' program on your Blender Combo Control Panel is specifically designed to break down fruits and vegetables into a nutrient rich smoothie. It is a timed program and knows whether you are using a pitcher or a cup.

Q. What are the pitcher and cups made of?

• A. The Nutribullet pitcher and cups are made from super durable, BPA-Free Tritan Material.

Q. Do I need to replace seal in this blade?

• A. The Easy Twist Extractor Blade was designed so that the seal gasket is not removable and will not need replacement.

Q. I was blending with my cup/or pitcher and the currently active button light is on but my blender is not working?

• A. The unit has overheated. Unplug the unit for 15 minutes to allow it to cool down and rest.

• A. The unit has overheated. Unplug the unit for 15 minutes to allow it to cool down and reset.
